After 4:00 PM, cannot book inspections on the next day
If today is Saturday or Sunday, cannot book inspections on the coming Monday

Same Day Building Inspection Cancellations (Wednesday 21st July 2021)
Due to the increased amount of same day cancellations/ rescheduling of Building Inspections, additional fees of ($150+gst for metro and $200+gst outside of Melbourne) will be applicable from Wednesday 21st July 2021.
